The team at Ott Physiotherapy is made up of skilled wellness professionals who are dedicated to getting our patients back to optimal health. We offer a range of specializations and skills to meet the individual needs of each one of our patients.

Kirsten Ott

Physiotherapist

Kirsten is currently working in a non clinical role and not currently taking on patients.

Kirsten graduated from the University of Cape Town, South Africa in 2001. She worked in a variety of National Health Service and private practice settings both in South Africa and the UK before setting up a private practice alongside Steve.

Kirsten is trained in Medical Acupuncture, the Graston Technique, the Sarah Key Method, Fascial Manipulation (Stecco Method) and is an APPI qualified Pilates instructor. She has a keen interest in treating Pelvic Girdle Pain in pregnancy and optimising pelvic floor function.

Kirsten has a hands-on, holistic approach to her treatments, to achieve the best possible outcomes for her clients.

Steve and Kirsten have 2 kids and enjoy an active, outdoor lifestyle.

Steve Ott

Physiotherapist

Steve is originally from the UK and qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2008. He ran his own physiotherapy clinic in the UK for 10 years, alongside Kirsten, prior to emigrating to Australia.  

Steve uses a hands-on based approach and is trained in Fascial Manipulation (Stecco Method), Acupuncture, Sarah Key Method. He is also trained to incorporate spinal manipulations within his holistic treatments. 

Prior to gaining his physiotherapy degree, he worked as a personal trainer for 6 years, developing a special interest in Strength and Conditioning as well as Olympic lifting techniques. He was a keen sportsman playing a high level of Rugby and still enjoys keeping fit and active.
